How we build
Native Swift, no frameworks, no trackers. We use Apple's own APIs — Screen Time, HealthKit, WidgetKit — because the best tools work with your phone, not around it.
What we believe
Your phone should earn your attention, not steal it. We don't block apps — we give you a reason to start with something better. Small friction, big change.
